Asian Giant Mantis
The Asian giant praying mantis, commonly known as the Asian praying mantis or the Halabiro praying mantis, is a species of praying mantis in the family Mantidae. Males are about 45-65 millimeters long, while females are about 65-75 millimeters long. Individual colors can range from green to brown. Although this species is quite large for a typical mantis, it is one of the smallest members of the Hierodula genus, with many species reaching 110-150 millimeters.
